Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on all orders. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges at checkout.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) begin processing the same day; orders placed after the cut-off process the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
How long does delivery take?
Once shipped, transit time is typically 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday). Weekend delivery is not available. The total estimated delivery time is 6–9 business days (processing + transit).
Which carriers do you use?
We ship with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS, depending on your location, order size, and weight.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with a tracking link when your order ships. You can also track your order here: https://usaoutdoorstore.com/apps/track123 or on the carrier’s website using your tracking number.
What if my package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make sure you’re taken care of.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return window?
Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
What items are eligible for return?
- Items in original condition
- Unopened and unused
- In original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
How do I start a return or exchange?
Contact us at wecare@usaoutdoorstore.com or call +1 (813) 781-4180. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions. The return address is provided only after approval. Please do not send any items back without prior authorization.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. We do not charge restocking fees on returned items.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and the order must be returned after delivery.
